Employer Handbook explains the rights and responsibilities of
employers whose workers are protected by the Rhode Island Employment
Security, Temporary Disability, and Workers' Compensation Acts. It
is meant to help those who are responsible for personnel and payroll
records. The text is merely intended as a guide; it does not have
the force or effect of law, rule, or regulation. In order to view these
